The request desk¶
A request for work goes through the desk rather than through somebody's inbox. You open it in the portal and answer questions on it there; we triage it, route it to the right people and work it from the desk. Every question, answer and file stays on the request, so what was asked and what came back is on one page rather than in a mail thread.
