Overview

The behavior of the Pulse MRP Engine is governed by two settings screens. Nearly all planning behavior — which orders are included, which date fields drive timing, whether BOM explosion is active, and how forecast demand is generated — is controlled from the MRP Setup screen. The Calendar Settings screen contributes one MRP-relevant setting: the day on which each planning week begins.
