Overview demonstration

A recorded demonstration in which Mike Leahy walks through the latest version of Pulse Dashboard, module by module, and shares new PULSE reports and views. Ideal for potential users — and a great high-level orientation for new users at companies already running Pulse Dashboard. Watch on leahyconsulting.com →

Fundamentals training

A 55-minute class designed for new Pulse Dashboard users: what information is at your fingertips for your job, how to add or change columns on screen, and how to create custom tabs. Offered as video training and webinars — a refresher for existing users, too. The class handout is written up on this site as Pulse Dashboard fundamentals. Details →

Advanced features webinar

For potential and new users who want to see the advanced features in each Dashboard module. Details →

Advanced training (Designer)

Deep-dives for report builders: the Advanced Screen Designer that links related reports on a common field, the Designer module’s three extra report types (Advanced Report Designer, Crystal Report box and Query Analyzer Report), and the Report Scheduler that creates and emails reports on a schedule. The class handout is written up as Advanced techniques, and the Scheduler has its own setup guide. Details →

Supply-chain training

Learn the supply-chain capabilities of Pulse Dashboard: pinpointing finished-good shortages from customer orders, production component shortages from production orders, past-due purchase orders and upcoming deliveries — plus advanced tools such as Purchase Order Generators and automated report scheduling. Physical inventory workshop

A recorded session in which Mike Leahy and Ann Hayner walk through the processes and procedures for preparing and executing a successful physical inventory count with Macola®. Pairs well with our physical inventory guide. Details →
