The Pulse Sales Order Web Portal gives the people who buy from you — customers, sales reps and distributors — a direct, self-service window into your order process. They can key in orders, monitor order status, and obtain tracking numbers and sales history without calling your customer-service desk.

You choose how much to share: price lists and inventory availability can optionally be published to portal users. Orders arrive in Macola® without re-keying, and status flows back out automatically — fewer phone calls, faster answers, happier customers.
