What it does¶
The Purchasing module gives buyers a live command of open orders and vendor performance: what is scheduled to be received, what is past due, which purchase orders have exceptions, and how each vendor actually performs on delivery and inspection.

On-time delivery and inspection statistics per vendor, side by side with the all-vendor benchmark — and a drill-down to the individual receipt transactions behind every percentage.
From advice to purchase order¶
The Reorder Advice report tells you what to order; a right-click on any item number creates the unreleased or released purchase order in Macola® — vendor, item, quantity, price, save. Vendor-confirmed dates flow back in real time when paired with Pulse PO Manager.
Optional add-on module¶
- Purchase Order Generator — the most tedious, error-prone area of Macola® eliminated: it suggests what to purchase from your business rules (lead time, min/max, EOQ and more); click the items you want and it creates the Macola® purchase orders, with Event Manager emailing or faxing them to vendors automatically
