Easy import and export of information between Macola® and Excel — make mass changes to items, bills of material, prices, budgets and forecasts in minutes instead of hours, with no manual keying.

Overview

Pulse Utilities let you move information between Macola® and Excel quickly and safely. You simply export the data you need into Excel, make your changes there — with all of Excel’s editing power — and import the results straight back into your Macola® database. Hours of manual keying and proofreading disappear.

The utilities shine at mass changes: think of updating product categories on 300 items, purchasing lead times on 4,000 items, raising selling prices on 5,000 items by 5%, or adding 200 new inventory items and 200 bills of material — each a few minutes’ work in Excel.

Every utility is built with Excel and robust Visual Basic integration, works directly against your Macola® database (Progression and ES; the G/L Budget utility also covers ES and 10), and comes with unlimited training and support.
