Executive Module¶
The company-wide view for top management — bookings, shipments, margin, aging and key accounts, on one real-time screen.
What it does¶
The Executive module tracks the critical factors of the business on screen and in real time: customer bookings and shipments for this year vs. last year vs. budget, sales margin, and the orders that can still ship before month-end to maximize revenue. Like every Pulse Dashboard screen, each number supports one-click drill-down to its underlying details, and every report can be recolumned with the one-click report writer and exported to Excel, PDF, printer or email.

Highlights¶
Focus on unshipped orders¶
To maximize monthly sales you need the status of every unshipped order. The module keeps unshipped orders front and center, tracked by day and by month against last year and budget — and graphs can be enlarged for better viewing.
A/R collections made easy¶
No more sticky-note reminders: collection calls are documented as you make them, with call-back tracking — and you can email the customer a statement while still on the phone.
Custom tabs¶
Beyond the standard screens, copy any report into a blank tab to build your own views — pinpointing selected customers, product categories, locations, salespeople or territories.
Budgets on the headline graphs¶
The module displays summary budget information at the G/L account level on its reports and graphs — see Setting up budgets for how the booked-orders, shipments and backlog accounts are configured.
