Updating the Software or License

Updating the software

1. Open the PULSE Dashboard Administrator menu.
2. Select Update PULSE Dashboard.
3. The screen shows the version currently installed and the newest version available — confirm to update.

On workstations, Pulse Dashboard installs under C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Leahy\PulseDashboard, and it can also be started from a Terminal Server or another remote access method.

License updates

An automated license check runs when Pulse Dashboard starts: if an updated license is available, it is applied seamlessly — there is nothing to do.

Before you upgrade

Tip

Using SDK reports? Customers with SDK reports must have their SDKs upgraded to the latest full release of Pulse Dashboard before the Dashboard itself can be upgraded. Contact support and we will plan it with you.
