Overview

Pulse eCommerce reads files of customer orders from your eCommerce website or any other external source — in practically any format, including text, Excel and XML — and imports them straight into Macola®. Every order is validated in real time as it is imported: errors are highlighted in red, and you can open any order to review the details and correct a problem before it is pushed into Macola®.

After shipping, the software completes the loop: it can transmit tracking numbers back to your website or marketplace and create advance shipping notices (ASNs), so your customers always know where their orders stand. An unattended edition downloads order files, validates them, imports the good orders and emails you about any order that needs attention — no one has to remember to run it.

Pulse eCommerce works with Macola® Progression, ES and 10.
