Pulse PO Manager modernizes the conversation between your purchasing department and your vendors. Purchase orders are delivered to vendors by email; vendors then confirm orders and update delivery dates and prices through a simple web portal.

Those updates flow back to your purchasing team in real time, which means the delivery dates your planners and customer-service staff see in Macola® and Pulse Dashboard reflect what vendors actually said — not what was true three weeks ago. It is a natural companion to the Pulse Dashboard Purchasing module, which pinpoints past-due orders and upcoming deliveries.
